Sian Forrester

Family and friends played an important part of Sian's life and she enriched their lives as much as they enriched hers. There is a saying 'Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only friends will leave footprints in your heart'. It is clear from the many cherished memories of family and friends that Sian certainly left a footprint in their hearts, as much as they had clearly done in hers. Sian received support from cancer specialists in hospital and from a palliative care team when she returned home. The family therefore wish to recognise the significant role of such care specialists and would encourage people to support Macmillan in memory of Sian.
