Maureen would do anything for anyone, she was generous with her time and was a fiercely proud person. She loved her family deeply and she enjoyed being surrounded by younger people. Maureen didn't have cancer but MacMillan cared for her father, who she idolised, in his fight with cancer and this was always a cause close to her heart.
