Manjit Kaur Grewal
Manjit Kaur Grewal (03/05/67 - 03/07/21) Manjit was born in Punjab and grew up in St Georges. After attending 6th form college, she began her nearly 30 year career with Nat West Bank in Oakengates and Wolverhampton. She married Amarjit in 1990 and after 11 years was blessed with her son, Anup. She was a valued member of her community who from an early age regularly attended Sikh Gurdwaras, whole heartedly following the teachings of her faith up to the end. Manjit was nominated for her dedication to the Sikh community as one of the 550 West Midlands representatives, to celebrate Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s 550th Gurpurab. Manjit was always a very bubbly, caring, compassionate and kind natured individual, who made lifelong friends very easily from all age groups and backgrounds. She dedicated her life for the good of others young and old, which was shown in her unreserved and selfless care of Berji. She was a very organised person both at work and home. Manjit never forgot anyones birthdays, anniversaries or special occasions Manjit has been cruelly taken away from us at the prime of her life without completing many of her dreams and aspirations. She has left an enormous hole in many people’s lives which can never ever be filled. May she rest in peace.

Manjit was a remarkably kind and charitable person who only ever saw good in others and has tragically been taken from us much too soon.
