I set up this tribute page in memory of my lovely husband Chris. He was a helpful, kind and caring person who stayed positive until the end. I miss him more than words can say. To have the support of the Macmillan nurses alongside the local palliative care team in his last few weeks was a great help. People who cared and understood everything we were going through. I wanted to raise some funds so that others can have the care they need in similar circumstances and would like to thank each and every one of you who have donated. It means so much.
