Thank-you to everyone who has already donated to Macmillan through Kev's tribute page - the total raised at his funeral and wake was £2044.92 (including Gift Aid). I will be continuing to fund raise for Macmillan in his name and that of John Boothroyd, mostly by selling my books under the imprint 'Path Head Press'.
