Jacqui sadly lost her battle with cancer and passed away Friday 31st May 2013.
She was such a special wife, mum, grandma and friend and was never selfish, always loving and kind, These are memories she will leave behind.
It was Jacqui wish that donations be given to MacMillan in place of flowers at her funeral.
