Betty Burnett

Betty Burnett (nee Love) was born on 4th February 1947 in Brechin, Scotland. Having relocated to Peterlee, Co. Durham with her family, she married her sweetheart Bill Burnett at Peterlee Memorial Methodist Church on 11th March 1967. Her two daughters Carole and Lynne and their families: Phil, Stuart and Scot, Pete and Molly join their dad Bill in paying tribute to Macmillan: The care and attention from Macmillan Cancer Support for Betty and all of the family has been outstanding from her diagnosis with pancreatic cancer 3 years before she sadly passed away on 10th July 2010. We are very grateful for your donations which will contribute towards the marvellous work of this wonderful charity and their thoughtful, considerate and dedicated staff.
