My Mum Irene was diagnosed with Cancer and passed away 5 days later. During these few days, palliative care was discussed, and it is likely she would have received support from Macmillan nurses had she been well enough to return home.
This is a charity which was supported by Irene, so it seemed appropriate she would like donations to this worthy cause in honour of her memory.
