My Mum was diagnosed with Cancer and passed away 5 days later. During these few days, care for Mum was discussed and she would have received support from Macmillan nurses had she been well enough to return home.
Macmillan is a charity supported by Mum, so it seemed appropriate she would like donations to this worthy cause in honour of her memory.
